NOT 10 dollars.  If Greg sold the case for 10 dollars and the camera for 300 dollars, the camera would only get him 290 dollars more than what the case took in, while the manager's instruction is that the camera should get 300 dollars more than what the case gets.

What Greg should do is to charge 5 dollars for the case and 305 dollars for the camera.
